Ji tarsi prat\u0119sia ir detalizuoja urbanistikos studijos MMAP anks\u010diau paruo\u0161t\u0105 Klaip\u0117dos LEZ pl\u0117tros strategij\u0105, jau tuomet numa\u010diusi\u0105 mokslo ir inovacij\u0173 parko, komercijos ir kitas funkcines zonas.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><strong>Naujos funkcin\u0117s zonos<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Naujoji vizija apima dvi atskiras teritorijas palei Pramon\u0117s ir Lypki\u0173 gatves. Teritorija i\u0161 esm\u0117s i\u0161liks industrine, ta\u010diau aplinka \u010dia gali b\u016bti tokia, kurioje norisi b\u016bti ir kuria norisi r\u016bpintis. D\u0117l to kaip id\u0117j\u0105 pasi\u016bl\u0117me ir pir\u010di\u0173 kaimel\u012f \u2013 tai kainuoja nedaug, bet gali sukurti didel\u012f efekt\u0105. Labai nor\u0117t\u0173si tokio pastato pirmojoje inovacij\u0173 ir kompetencij\u0173 zonoje. Kitai LEZ daliai ir kartu visam miestui did\u017eiul\u012f impuls\u0105 gal\u0117t\u0173 sukurti konferencij\u0173 centras. Manau, kad visi Lietuvos LEZ&#8217;ai anks\u010diau ar v\u0117liau nebegal\u0117s b\u016bti vien gamybiniai, nes mums sunku konkuruoti su pigesniu darbu tre\u010diose \u0161alyse. Tod\u0117l tokios \u0161vie\u017eios teritorijos gali b\u016bti tarsi naujos kartos Gedimino lai\u0161kai, duodantys pa\u017ead\u0105 ir realiai traukiantys tyrimus, inovatyviuosius verslus, universitet\u0173 padalinius bei, svarbiausia, \u017emones, \u0161eimas\u201c, \u2013 kalba architektas.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Su Klaip\u0117dos LEZ ir kitais uostamies\u010dio urbanistikos projektais toliau darbus t\u0119siantis MMAP studijos \u012fk\u016br\u0117jas Martynas Marozas taip pat pabr\u0117\u017eia, kad \u0161ie planai pirmiausia skirti atliepti besikei\u010diantiems darbuotoj\u0173 ir investuotoj\u0173 poreikiams.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">\u201e\u0160iandienos investuotojas klausia ne tik apie elektros gali\u0105, bet ir tai, kaip \u012f darb\u0105 atva\u017eiuos dvira\u010diu.
